Critical Vendors definition

Critical Vendors means certain vendors, suppliers, service providers, and other similar parties that are essential to maintaining the going concern value of the Debtor’s business.
Critical Vendors means the Third Parties set forth on Schedule 1.27.
Critical Vendors means those critical vendors listed on Schedule 11.1(m) (“Critical Vendor List”).

  • Liabilities with respect to the Debtors’ prepetition vendors may be listed at the amount outstanding as of the Petition Date, regardless of whether such claims have been settled and paid postpetition in accordance with the Final Order (I) Authorizing the Debtors to Pay Certain Prepetition Claims of Critical Vendors and (II) Granting Related Relief (Docket No. 142).

  • The Debtors’ Schedules F reflects the Debtors’ payment of certain claims pursuant to the Critical Vendors Order since February 21, 2013, and, to the extent a claim has been paid, it is not included on Schedule F.

More Definitions of Critical Vendors

Critical Vendors means those vendors identified as Critical Vendors on Schedule 8.6.
