Necessary Documents. Buyer and Seller shall execute and deliver such other documents and instruments as may be reasonably necessary to complete the transaction contemplated by this Agreement.

If, under the terms of this Agreement, the Repurchase Shares are purchased, the Stockholder, or the legal representative of the Stockholder, shall execute and deliver all necessary documents that may be reasonably required for accomplishing a complete transfer of such shares for the purpose of the repurchase transaction.
