Pricing Supplement definition

Pricing Supplement means the pricing supplement included as Annex A to the Series Instrument.
Pricing Supplement means a shelf prospectus supplement that contains the price of securities distributed under an MTN program or other continuous distribution using the shelf procedures;
Pricing Supplement means the relevant pricing supplement to this Prospectus Supplement and the Prospectus. “Prospectus” means the short form base shelf prospectus of the Bank dated July 3, 2018.

Examples of Pricing Supplement in a sentence

  • In accordance with the terms and conditions hereof and of the Program Agreement, the Company may issue and sell its Notes in separate Series from time to time, with such terms and conditions as are determined by the Company and the relevant Dealer or Dealers at the time of issuance and set out in the applicable Pricing Supplement.

  • Subject to applicable provisions of law and except as may be provided in the applicable Pricing Supplement for a Floating Rate Note, on each Reset Date the rate of interest on such Note shall be the rate determined in accordance with the provisions of the applicable heading below.

Pricing Supplement means the pricing supplement issued in relation to a Series or Tranche of Exempt Covered Bonds in, or substantially in, the form of Part III to Schedule 6 hereto or in such other form as may be agreed to by the Issuer, the Guarantor and the Relevant Dealer(s);
