Pricing Supplement definition

Pricing Supplement means a shelf prospectus supplement that contains the price of securities distributed under an MTN program or other continuous distribution using the shelf procedures;
Pricing Supplement means the pricing supplement included as Annex A to the Series Instrument.
Pricing Supplement means the relevant pricing supplement to this Prospectus Supplement and the Prospectus. “Prospectus” means the short form base shelf prospectus of the Bank dated July 3, 2018.

  • The Company will arrange to file a copy of the Pricing Supplement with the SEC not later than the close of business of the SEC on the second Business Day following the date on which such Pricing Supplement is first used.

  • If the Company accepts an offer to purchase a Book-Entry Security, it will prepare a Pricing Supplement reflecting the terms of such Book-Entry Security and arrange to have delivered to the Selling Agent or Purchasing Agent, as the case may be, such number of such Pricing Supplements as the Agent may reasonably request, not later than 11:00 a.m., New York City time, on the Business Day following the Trade Date (as defined below).

Pricing Supplement means a pricing supplement to the Prospectus, in either or both of the English and French languages, incorporated by reference into the Prospectus for the purpose of distributing the Notes, as contemplated by National Instrument 44-102 − Shelf Distributions;
