Xxxxxxx Employee definition

Xxxxxxx Employee shall have the meaning set forth in the Employee Matters Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Employee means (i) any individual who, as of the applicable date of determination, is either actively employed by or then on a leave of absence from any member of the Xxxxxxx Group (including maternity, paternity, family, sick, short-term or long-term disability leave, qualified military service under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, and leave under the Family Medical Leave Act and other approved leaves) or (ii) any individual who is deemed to be a Xxxxxxx Employee pursuant to Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

Xxxxxxx Employee means each employee of Xxxxxxx or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates who does not qualify as an Veralto Employee.

More Definitions of Xxxxxxx Employee

Xxxxxxx Employee shall have the same meaning as the term is given in the Plan of Reorganization.

Xxxxxxx Employee means each employee of Xxxxxxx or any of its Subsidiaries or Affiliates who does not qualify as an Envista Employee.

For the avoidance of doubt, the term “Xxxxxxx Employee” shall not include any individual that is a Chicago Employee.

Xxxxxxx Employee means an individual who was employed by Xxxxxxx on or before December 20, 2009 and remained employed by an Employer as of March 6, 2010.
