WNLP Employees definition

WNLP Employees means Employees employed at the Wulgunggo Ngalu Learning Place. Overnight Support Role WNLP Employees are part of a team providing full time support at the Wulgunggo Ngalu Learning Place. WNLP Employees work a seven day roster. A WNLP Employee is required to sleep overnight on the Wulgunggo Ngalu Learning Place premises each evening (Overnight Support Function). All WNLP employees will participate in the roster and will be available to perform the Overnight Support Function. The Overnight Support Function will be flexibly allocated amongst WNLP Employees, in consultation with them. It is anticipated the WNLP Employees will not be required to perform the Overnight Support Function more than 7 times per month. Examples of WNLP Employees in a sentence

  • Clause 36.12 of Section I of this Agreement will apply to WNLP Employees in relation to rest periods after the performance of duties whilst performing the Overnight Support Function.

  • Company Employees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.10(a).

  • Former Employees means Former Parent Group Employees and Former SpinCo Group Employees.

  • Transferred Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Current Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.4(a).

  • Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

  • Retained Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.1.

  • Designated Employees means a person occupying any of the following position in the Company:

  • Excluded Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.5(a)(iv).

  • Company Employee means an employee of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Union Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.12(a).

  • Returning Employees means those persons listed in a schedule to be agreed by the Parties prior to the end of the Contract Period who it is agreed were employed by the Contractor (and/or any Sub-Contractor) wholly or mainly in the supply of the Services immediately before the end of the Contract Period.

  • Transferred Employee has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(a).

  • Newly hired employee or “New Hire” means any employee, whether permanent, full-time, or part-time, hired by the Office and who is still employed as of the date of new employee orientation. It also includes all employees who are or have been previously employed by the Office and whose current position has placed them in the bargaining unit represented by CSEA. For those latter employees, for purposes of this article only, the “date of hire” is the date upon which the employees’ employment status changed as such that the employee was placed in the CSEA unit.

  • Relevant Employees means the employees of the Contractor (including the Transferring Employees) who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Services and who are/will be the subject of a Relevant Transfer by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Key Employees means each of the following individuals: Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxxxx.

  • Business Employee means any Person who is a present or former employee of Seller at any time prior to or on the Closing Date, and who provided or previously provided any services relating to the Business.

  • SpinCo Employee means any individual who, immediately following the Distribution Date, will be employed by Spinco or any member of the Spinco Group in a capacity considered by Spinco to be common law employment, including active employees and employees on vacation and approved leaves of absence (including maternity, paternity, family, sick, short-term or long-term disability leave, qualified military service under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994, and leave under the Family Medical Leave Act and other approved leaves).

  • Transferring Employees means employees of the Incumbent Contractor who are wholly or mainly assigned to work in the provision of the Service and who are subject of a Relevant Transfer to the Contractor by virtue of the application of the TUPE Regulations.

  • Company Employee Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.12(a).

  • Affected Employees means those employees who are exposed to the hazard(s) identified as a violation(s) in a citation.

  • Casual Employees means employees who are employed on a casual basis and includes persons who are employed for periods not exceeding five days at any one time.
