Seller Employees definition

Seller Employees shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(a) hereof.

Seller Employees means any Person who is or was an employee of Seller and who is not a Transferred Employee, including any Person whose employment with the Seller was terminated prior to the Closing Date.

• The Seller shall maintain with responsible companies, at its own expense, a blanket Fidelity Bond and an Errors and Omissions Insurance Policy, with broad coverage on all officers, employees or other Persons acting in any capacity requiring such Persons to handle funds, money, documents or papers relating to the Mortgage Loans ("Seller Employees").
