Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 4.10(a).

Examples of Business Employees in a sentence

  • Purchaser may make offers of at-will employment, or may enter into employment agreements with, certain Business Employees who meet all of Purchaser’s hiring criteria.

More Definitions of Business Employees

Business Employees has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.6.
Business Employees means Seller’s employees who are directly involved in the conduct of the Business.
