The Transferee Company undertakes to pay the same, as and when payable under applicable laws.For avoidance of doubt, in relation to those Transferred Employees for whom the Transferor Company is making contributions to the Government provident fund, the Transferee Company shall stand substituted for the Transferor Company for all purposes whatsoever, including in relation to the obligation to make contributions to such funds in accordance with the provisions of such funds, bye-laws, etc.
