Vacation and Other Leave. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall accrue and be entitled to take paid vacation in accordance with the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time, including the Company’s policies regarding vacation accruals; provided that the Executive’s rate of vacation accrual during the Period of Employment shall be no less than three (3) weeks per year. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.
Vacation and Other Leave. During the Period of Employment, the Executive’s annual rate of vacation accrual shall be four (4) weeks per year, with such vacation to accrue and be subject to the Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time, including any policy which may limit vacation accruals and/or limit the amount of accrued but unused vacation to carry over from year to year. The Executive shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Company.
Vacation and Other Leave. Employee shall be entitled to such amounts of paid vacation and other leave, but not less than three (3) weeks vacation per twelve-month period of employment, as from time to time may be allowed to the Company's senior management personnel generally, with such vacation to be scheduled and taken in accordance with the Company's standard vacation policies applicable to such personnel.

During the Term, the Executive’s annual rate of Paid Time Off (“PTO”) accrual shall be as set forth in the Corporation’s PTO policies as in effect from time to time; provided that such vacation shall accrue and be subject to the Corporation’s vacation policies as in effect from time to time. The Executive shall also be eligible for all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Corporation.

The Executive shall be entitled to at least six (6) weeks paid vacation, and such other holiday, sick leave, personal days and other "leave" benefits commensurate with his position as a senior executive officer of the Company and in accordance with the Company's regular policies.
Vacation and Other Leave. During the Period of Employment, the Officer’s annual rate of vacation accrual shall conform with Company’s vacation policies in effect from time to time. The Officer shall also be entitled to all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other Officers of the Company.

The Executive shall also be entitled to holidays and other leave in accordance with the Company’s policies in effect from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, no accrual of any vacation, holiday or other leave pay shall occur. Notwithstanding the Company’s vacation policies and other paid time off policies (if any) in effect from time to time, the Executive voluntarily agrees, in exchange for receiving his base salary (rather than the lower base salary that would otherwise have been paid to him) and shares of the Company’s stock pursuant to Section 3.5(b), to finally relinquish any right to accrued vacation time and other leave pay as of April 1, 2009.”
Vacation and Other Leave. During the term hereof, the Executive shall accrue paid time off and other leave in accordance with the applicable policies of the Corporation.
Vacation and Other Leave. (a) An auxiliary employee shall receive vacation pay at the rate of 6% of his regular earnings and such vacation pay shall be paid biweekly.
Vacation and Other Leave. During the Term, the Executive shall be entitled to unlimited time away in accordance with Company policies generally applicable to other executive management of the Company.
