Vacation and Other Leave. During the Term, the Executive’s annual rate of Paid Time Off (“PTO”) accrual shall be as set forth in the Corporation’s PTO policies as in effect from time to time; provided that such vacation shall accrue and be subject to the Corporation’s vacation policies as in effect from time to time. The Executive shall also be eligible for all other holiday and leave pay generally available to other executives of the Corporation.
