If a safety issue exists concerning exposure to a serious risk to the Employee/s health or safety, emanating from an immediate or imminent exposure to a hazard (Unsafe Work), there will be a right to cease, or to refuse, to carry out the Unsafe Work in accordance with Division 6 of Part 5, WHS Act 2012 (SA).
