Two parties definition

Two parties or "parties" means Party A and Party B in this contract. PARTY A and PARTY B have agreed to sign this contract with the following terms and conditions:
Two parties means the Vietnamese party and the foreign party.Multi-party means a Vietnamese party and more than one foreign party, or a foreign party and more than one Vietnamese party, or more than one Vietnamese party and more than one foreign party.
Two parties and seperatedly referred to as “Party”/“Each Party”, as the context.
