Company Parties definition

Company Parties means the collective reference to Holdings and its Restricted Subsidiaries, including the Borrower, and “Company Party” means any one of them.
Company Parties means Company’s officers, employees, agents and representatives; Company’s affiliates (including parents and subsidiaries), vendors, licensors and partners; and their respective officers, employees, agents and representatives.
Company Parties has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Except for the specific representations and warranties expressly made by the Purchaser in Section 2 of this Agreement and in any certificate or agreement delivered pursuant hereto, the Company Parties specifically disclaim that they are relying upon any other representations or warranties that may have been made by the Purchaser Parties.
