Related Entities definition

Related Entities means contractors and subcontractors of a Party at any tier; grantees, investigators, customers, and users of a Party at any tier and their contractors or subcontractor at any tier; or, employees of the Party or any of the foregoing.
Related Entities shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.2.10(e) hereof.
Related Entities means any company or limited partnership in respect of which the General Partner, PCC or any of their respective affiliates, directors or officers, individually or together, beneficially own or exercise direction or control over, directly or indirectly, more than 20% of the outstanding voting securities or act as general partner thereof.

Related Entities has the meaning given to that term in the Corporations Act.

On the termination of employment or his Employment Agreement, Executive shall surrender to the Company all papers, documents, writings and other property produced by him or coming into his possession by or through his relationship with the Company or relating to the Confidential Information and Executive agrees that all such materials will at all times remain the property of the Company.
