Releasing Persons definition

Releasing Persons means the Plaintiff, on behalf of himself and the Settlement Class Members, and each and every Settlement Class Member, as well as their respective spouses, heirs, executors, successors, representatives, agents, parents, mandataries, tutors, curators and assigns;
Releasing Persons means, collectively, the Releasing Plaintiff Persons and the Releasing Defendant Persons.
Releasing Persons means the Class Representatives on behalf of themselves and all Settlement Class Members, each Settlement Class Member, and the respective heirs, administrators, representatives, attorneys, agents, partners, successors, insurers and assigns of each Class Representative and Settlement Class Member.

  • All Releasing Persons shall promptly dismiss with prejudice all claims, actions, or proceedings that have been brought by any Releasing Person in any jurisdiction and that have been released pursuant to the Settlement Agreement and Final Order and enjoined pursuant to this Final Judgment.

More Definitions of Releasing Persons

Releasing Persons means Representative Plaintiffs, all Class Members who do not properly and timely opt out of the Settlement Class, and their respective spouses, family members, executors, representatives, administrators, guardians, wards, heirs, attorneys-in-fact, estates, bankruptcy estates, bankruptcy trustees, successors, predecessors, attorneys, agents and assigns, and all those who claim through them or who assert claims (or could assert claims) on their behalf.
Releasing Persons has the meaning set forth in Section 6.7(a).
Releasing Persons means, collectively, all of the Releasing Plaintiff Persons and all of the Releasing Defendant Persons.

Releasing Persons means Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Bonilla, Yee, and each Class Member and any Person claiming by or through each Class member, including but not limited to spouses, children, wards, heirs, devisees, legatees, invitees, employees, associates, co-owners, attorneys, agents, administrators, predecessors, successors, assignees, representatives of any kind, shareholders, partners, directors, or affiliates.
Releasing Persons means Plaintiff, Plaintiff’s Counsel, the Company, the SLC, the SLC’s Counsel, and their corporate families, parent entities, controlling persons, associates, affiliates, operating partnerships, or subsidiaries, and each and all of their respective past or present officers, directors, stockholders, principals, representatives, employees, attorneys, financial or investment advisors, consultants, accountants, investment bankers, commercial bankers, entities providing fairness opinions, underwriters, brokers, dealers, advisors or agents, heirs, executors, trustees, general or limited partners or partnerships, limited liability companies, members, investors, joint ventures, personal or legal representatives, estates, administrators, predecessors, successors, or assigns, and any other person or entity acting by, through, under, on behalf of, or in concert with any of them.
Releasing Persons means Plaintiffs, all Settlement Class Members who have not requested exclusion from the Settlement (i.e., become Opt-Outs), all persons who file claims for At- Issue Baggage Fees that American determines are valid and issues a Refund, and their respective present, former and future administrators, agents, assigns, attorneys, executors, heirs, partners, predecessors-in-interest and successors.
