Examples of Seller Affiliates in a sentence
Seller owns, directly or indirectly through one or more Seller Affiliates as identified in Part I of Appendix C, of record and beneficially one hundred percent (100%) of the Acquired Interests.
Purchaser has had the opportunity to inspect all of the information made available by Seller and to ask questions of and receive answers from Seller with respect to the Acquired Interests, the Project Company, the Seller Affiliates (if any) and the Wind Project.
