Investor Parties definition

Investor Parties has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.
Investor Parties means the Investor and each Permitted Transferee of the Investor to whom shares of Series A Preferred Stock or Common Stock issued upon conversion of shares of Series A Preferred Stock are transferred pursuant to Section 5.08(b)(i).
Investor Parties means the Investor and each Permitted Transferee of the Investor to whom shares of Series A Preferred Stock or Common Stock are transferred pursuant to Section 5.08(b)(i) of the Investment Agreement.
