Terms of Tender definition

Terms of Tender means the Terms of Tender set out in Part 1 of these Standard Terms and Conditions (Reference No. BD-TERMS-2 (April 2020)); “Terms of Tender (Supplement)” means the terms of tender (supplement) referred to in Part 3C of, and in the form attached to, the Tender Form; “Total Estimated Services Price” means an amount equal to the summation of the Estimated Services Prices for all such Item(s) which have been awarded to the Contractor; “Unit Price” means the rate/unit price for an Item set out in the Price Schedule; “Virus” means a subversive computer programme or piece of code that may corrupt or erase computer data files and/or change the normal behaviour of a computer; “website of the e-Tender Box” means the website of the following address: https://pcms2.gld.gov.hk; “working day” means Monday to Friday, other than a public holiday, or a day on which Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal or “extreme conditions after super typhoons” announced by the Government is/are in force, for any time during the normal business hours; and “WTO GPA” means the Agreement on Government Procurement of the World Trade Organization.
Terms of Tender means the Terms of Tender set out in Part 1 of these Standard Terms and Conditions (Reference No. BD-TERMS-1 (April 2018));

Terms of Tender means the "Terms of Tender" as specified in Part III of the Tender Document.

Related to Terms of Tender

  • Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

  • Conditions of Tender means the Conditions of Tender for the said land as set out in Annexure A;

  • Letter of Tender means the document entitled letter of tender or letter of tender, which was completed by the Contractor and includes the signed offer to the Procuring Entity for the Works.

  • Appendix to Tender means the appendix comprised in the form of Tender annexed to these Conditions.

  • Notice of Tender means, in connection with an Optional Tender, a notice, substantially in the form attached to the Tender and Paying Agent Agreement, delivered by a Beneficial Owner or its Agent Member to the Tender and Paying Agent, indicating an intention to tender VRDP Shares for sale on a Purchase Date pursuant to Section 1 of Part II of this Statement.

  • Acceptance of Tender means the letter or memorandum communicating to the supplier the acceptance of his offer (Tender) and shall include advance acceptance of his offer i.e. Letter of Intent or Rate Contract.

  • Letter of Acceptance of Tender means letter giving intimation to the tenderer that his tender has been accepted in accordance with the provisions contained in that letter.

  • Terms of the citation means those conditions and options expressly stated upon the citation.

  • Request for Tender (RFT) means the document issued by the City to solicit submissions to provide goods, services or construction for the City.

  • Application for Final Payment means Contractor’s final invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted, amounts owing to adjustments to the final Contract Sum resulting from approved change orders, and release of remaining Contractor’s retainage.

  • Template Call Off Terms means the template terms and conditions in Annex 2 to Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off terms);

  • Request for Quote (RFQ means the solicitation document issued by OA/FMDC to potential vendors for the purchase of equipment, supplies, and/or services as described in the document. The definition includes these Terms and Conditions as well as all Pricing Pages, Exhibits, Attachments, and Addendums thereto.

  • Addendum/Addenda means a change, or addition, or correction significant enough to be formally made to this RFP. Addenda are posted on the City websites.

  • Non-Participating Certified Nurse-Midwife means a Certified Nurse-Midwife who does not have a written agreement with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois or another Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield Plan to provide services to you at the time services are rendered.

  • Addenda/Addendum means supplemental additions, deletions, and modifications to the provisions of the RFP after the release date of the RFP.

  • e-Tender means Bids / Quotation / Tender received from a Firm / Tenderer / Bidder online.

  • Mandatory Tender with respect to a Mandatory Tender Event, means the mandatory tender of all VRDP Shares by Holders for Remarketing, or, in the event (i) no Remarketing occurs on or before the Purchase Date or (ii) pursuant to an attempted Remarketing, VRDP Shares remain unsold and the Remarketing Agent does not purchase for its own account the unsold VRDP Shares tendered to the Tender and Paying Agent for Remarketing (provided, that the Remarketing Agent may seek to sell such VRDP Shares in a subsequent Remarketing prior to the Purchase Date), for purchase by the Liquidity Provider at the Purchase Price pursuant to Section 2 of Part II of the Articles Supplementary and the VRDP Shares Purchase Agreement.

  • Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Federally Funded Contracts, Grants, and Purchase Orders subject to the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act of 2006, As Amended, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Colorado agency or institution of higher education.

  • Loan Transmittal Summary Forms means the forms related to each Xxxx of Sale provided to the Seller by the Purchaser and completed by the Seller which list, by Borrower, (i) the Loans subject to the related Xxxx of Sale and (ii) the outstanding Principal Balance and accrued interest thereof as of the related Cutoff Date.

  • MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Cross-Series Modification means a modification involving (i) the Bonds or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of the Bonds, and (ii) the debt securities of one or more other series or any agreement governing the issuance or administration of such other debt securities.
