Minor Deviations definition

Minor Deviations means one which does not affect the price of the bid; or does not give the bidder an advantage or benefit not enjoyed by other bidders; or does not adversely impact the interests of the Department.
Minor Deviations means minor deviations from the Final Plans and Specifications that result from workmanship within normal construction tolerances for Class A industrial and distribution buildings recently built by skilled, experienced and sophisticated contractors, but not any deviations resulting from a substitution of materials, a change in design, or a failure to install any component of the Final Plans and Specifications.
Minor Deviations means any change, minor in scope, in a plan which can reasonably be presumed not to make a significant change in the conduct of timber operations and which can reasonably be expected not to significantly adversely affect timberland productivity or values relating to soil, water quality, watershed, wildlife, fisheries, range and forage, recreation, and aesthetic enjoyment or to result in a violation of the applicable water quality control plan. More Definitions of Minor Deviations

Minor Deviations means those adjustments to the tasks or resources required of Contractor or to the date on which Services are to be performed or a Deliverable is scheduled to be delivered and/or Accepted which do not (i) alter or eliminate any specifications, Deliverables or training; (ii) change the period of time State is given to review any Deliverable or training; (iii) result in Contractor deviating from the deadlines for milestones (earlier or later); or (iv) require any greater resources from the State than those identified in the Project Plan that has been accepted by State.
Minor Deviations shall have the meaning set forth in Article 12 (1).
