Minor Deviations definition

Minor Deviations means one which does not affect the price of the bid; or does not give the bidder an advantage or benefit not enjoyed by other bidders; or does not adversely impact the interests of the Department.
Minor Deviations means minor deviations from the Final Plans and Specifications that result from workmanship within normal construction tolerances for Class A industrial and distribution buildings recently built by skilled, experienced and sophisticated contractors, but not any deviations resulting from a substitution of materials, a change in design, or a failure to install any component of the Final Plans and Specifications.
Minor Deviations means any change, minor in scope, in a plan which can reasonably be presumed not to make a significant change in the conduct of timber operations and which can reasonably be expected not to significantly adversely affect timberland productivity or values relating to soil, water quality, watershed, wildlife, fisheries, range and forage, recreation, and aesthetic enjoyment or to result in a violation of the applicable water quality control plan. Examples of Minor Deviations in a sentence

  • Deviations which are insignificant for the intended use of the Deliverable (“Minor Deviations”) shall not affect the determination of the Actual Delivery Date and the Deliverable shall be regarded as having met the acceptance criteria even with the existence of Minor Deviations.

  • We will use commercially reasonable efforts to correct any defects and deficiencies (with the exception of Minor Deviations) at Our cost and expense, and resubmit the Deliverable to You as soon as practicable.

  • City acknowledges that the Minor Deviations and Deviations (as defined in the Specific Plan) permitted by the Specific Plan are consistent with the Specific Plan and do not constitute an amendment to the Project Approvals or require an amendment to this Agreement.

  • By way of example, and not limitation, variations in the placement, but not the type or number, of electrical outlets, and variations in the location of interior walls by a few inches that do not adversely affect the mechanical systems or floor plan are Minor Deviations.

  • The Company shall construct the Levee Project in accordance with the Levee Project Plans, including Minor Deviations, and the terms of this Agreement and perform all other work reasonably inferable from the Levee Project Plans.

More Definitions of Minor Deviations

Minor Deviations means those adjustments to the tasks or resources required of Contractor or to the date on which Services are to be performed or a Deliverable is scheduled to be delivered and/or Accepted which do not (i) alter or eliminate any specifications, Deliverables or training; (ii) change the period of time State is given to review any Deliverable or training; (iii) result in Contractor deviating from the deadlines for milestones (earlier or later); or (iv) require any greater resources from the State than those identified in the Project Plan that has been accepted by State.
Minor Deviations means minor deviations from the Levee Project Plans that result from workmanship that is within normal construction tolerances for comparable Levee projects recently built by skilled, experienced and reputable contractors, but not any deviations resulting from a substitution of materials, a change in design, or a failure to install any component of the Levee Project Plans.
Minor Deviations shall have the meaning set forth in Article 12 (1).

Related to Minor Deviations

  • Detailed Specifications means the specifications for materials and works as specified in PWD BSR/ issued under the authority of PWD/ or as implied/added to or superseded by the special conditions.

  • Standard Specifications means all applicable legal requirements pertaining to the development of the Property including, but not limited to, Master Subdivision Plan, applicable permits, and construction drawings required for all Infrastructure, including, without limitation, the Town's Unified Development Ordinance, Knightdale's Water Allocation Policy (Ordinance # 13-06- 19-001 and Ordinance # ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇) and Standard Specifications and Construction Details Manual. The failure of this Agreement to describe any other permit, condition, or term of restriction applicable to the Property does not relieve Developer of the necessity of complying with the same.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • Technical Specifications A specification in a document defining the characteristics of a product or a service, such as the quality levels, the environmental and climate performance levels, the design for all needs, including accessibility for people with disabilities, and the evaluation of conformity, of product performance, of the use of the product, safety or dimensions, as well as requirements applicable to the product as regards the name by which it is sold, terminology, symbols, testing and test methods, packaging, marking or labelling, instructions for use, the production processes and methods at every stage in the life cycle of the supply or service, as well as the evaluation and conformity procedures;
