Other Definitions. The following terms have the meanings ascribed to them in the Sections noted:
Other Definitions. Financial Assets" means Securities. As the context requires a Financial Asset means either the interest itself or the means by which a person's claim to it is evidenced, including a certificated or uncertificated Security, a security certificate, or a Security Entitlement.

Unless otherwise defined in this Agreement, all capitalized terms in this Agreement will have the same meaning as provided under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and Part 164, Subpart E (the Privacy Rule), the HIPAA Security Standards, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and Part 164, Subpart C (the Security Rule), and the HIPAA Breach Notification Regulations, 45 C.F.R. Part 160 and Part 164, Subpart D (the Breach Notification Rule), all as amended from time to time.
Other Definitions. “Affiliated Companies” shall mean, with respect to the Company, any corporation, limited partnership, general partnership, association, joint-stock company, joint venture, trust, bank, trust company, land trust, business trust, fund or any organized groups of persons, whether or not a legal entity, that is directly or indirectly controlled by, controlling or under common control with the Company.

Other Definitions. Unless otherwise defined in this agreement, words and phrases defined in the Definitions Schedule or the Supplemental Deed have the same meaning in this agreement with each reference to "this deed" being construed as a reference to "this agreement". In the event of an inconsistency between a definition in the Definitions Schedule or the Supplemental Deed and this agreement, the definition in this agreement prevails. In the event of an inconsistency between a definition in the Definitions Schedule and the Supplemental Deed, the definition in the Supplemental Deed prevails.
