Supplemental Provisions definition

Supplemental Provisions shall have the meaning set forth in Article XVII.
Supplemental Provisions means these Supplemental Provisions for Contracts and Grants Using Funds Provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, as may be revised pursuant to ongoing guidance from the relevant Federal or State of Colorado Agency or Institution of Higher Education.
