Services Price means all the amounts payable to the LRT Consultant in accordance with Section 1.1. of Annex “D” (Service Price). Signature Date Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.2. (Signature Date) of the Agreement. State Shall mean the State of Israel. Submission Date Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 5.8.1 of the ITB. Successful Participant Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 8.1. of the ITB. Team Leader Shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 6.2.1 of the Agreement. Team Members' Undertaking Letter Shall mean an undertaking letter duly executed by each of the LRT Consultant's Team Members and submitted by the LRT Consultant to the Company in the form of Annex F (Letter of Undertaking). More Definitions of Services Price
Services Price means: (i) the price per each additional year (or part thereof) of ageing, exceeding the first 3 years of the Ageing Period, payable by the Customer in consideration of the Distillery’s costs in connection with the storage, maintenance, handling and insurance of the Casks; and (ii) the price per bottle filled with aged Product from the Customer’s Cask, payable by the Customer in consideration for bottling the aged Product, taxes and other Services, as specified in the Price List.
