Form of Tender definition

Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

Form of Tender means the document entitled Form of Tender, which was completed by the Contractor and includes the signed offer to the Procuring Entity for the Services.

Form of Tender means the document entitled "Form of Tender" set out in Part II, Section 1 of the Tender Documents.

Examples of Form of Tender in a sentence

• In the event of a discrepancy between the tender amount as stated in the Form of Tender and the corrected tender figure in the main summary of the Bill of Quantities/Quotation, the amount as stated in the Form of Tender shall prevail.

• The Tenderer shall furnish in the Form of Tender information on commissions and gratuities, if any, paid or to be paid to agents or any other party relating to this Tender.

• No Tender may be withdrawn, substituted, or modified in the interval between the deadline for submission of Tenders and the expiration of the period of Tender validity specified by the Tenderer on the Form of Tender or any extension thereof.

• The prices and discounts (including any price reduction) quoted by the Tenderer in the Form of Tender and in the Bill of Quantities shall conform to the requirements specified below.

• The Form of Tender and Schedules, including the Bill of Quantitiesshall be prepared using the relevant form s furnished in Section IV, Tendering Forms.

More Definitions of Form of Tender

Form of Tender means the document entitled "Form of Tender" set out in Part II, Section 1 of the Tender Documents, which is required to be completed by the Tenderers and submitted with their Tender Offer;

Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders; (a) “HST” means the tax payable and imposed pursuant to Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada) as amended, including any provincial component collected by Canada on behalf of British Columbia, and any successor legislation thereto;

Form of Tender means the form of tender completed and submitted by the Supplier as part of its tender.
