Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders;

Form of Tender means the document entitled Form of Tender, which was completed by the Contractor and includes the signed offer to the Procuring Entity for the Services.

Form of Tender means the Form of Tender in Part C of the ITT;

To this effect, Tenders shall be required to complete and sign the “Certificate of Independent Tender Determination” annexed to the Form of Tender.
No Tender may be withdrawn, substituted, or modified in the interval between the deadline for submission of Tenders and the expiration of the period of Tender validity specified by the Tenderer on the Form of Tender or any extension thereof.
Tenderers shall complete the Form of Tender, included in Section IV, Tender Forms, to establish Tenderer's eligibility in accordance with ITT 4.
The Tenderer shall furnish in the Form of Tender information on commissions and gratuities, if any, paid or to be paid to agents or any other party relating to this Tender.

More Definitions of Form of Tender

Form of Tender means the document entitled "Form of Tender" set out in Part II, Section 1 of the Tender Documents.

Form of Tender means the document entitled "Form of Tender" set out in Part II, Section 1 of the Tender Documents, which is required to be completed by the Tenderers and submitted with their Tender Offer;

Form of Tender means the form of tender in Part C – Form of Tender to this ITT on which Tenderers are to complete their Tenders; (a) “HST” means the tax payable and imposed pursuant to Part IX of the Excise Tax Act (Canada) as amended, including any provincial component collected by Canada on behalf of British Columbia, and any successor legislation thereto;

Form of Tender means the form of tender completed and submitted by the Supplier as part of its tender.

Form of Tender means the document entitled "Form of Tender" required to be completed by the Tenderer and submitted with the Tender Offer;

Form of Tender means the form of that name included in the Response Schedules;

Form of Tender means the Form of Tender as included in the Tender Documents and such other forms of tender as may be provided by SFA prior to the Tender Closing Date, to be submitted by the Tenderer in accordance with Condition 8.
