Target Practical Completion Date definition

Target Practical Completion Date means the date targeted for Practical Completion as set out in the Project Plan provided as a condition precedent pursuant to paragraph 6.4 of Schedule 2, or [date]; "Termination Date" 0 days after the date of the Final Repayment Date;
Target Practical Completion Date in relation to each date shown as the Target Practical Completion Date in Part 2 of Schedule 3 (Waste Management Facilities) or such later date as may be allowed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement;
Target Practical Completion Date means the date stated in Item 10 of Attachment 1 as extended by Extensions of Time.

Examples of Target Practical Completion Date in a sentence

  • The Contractor shall present to the Authority's Representative, in accordance with Schedule 8 (Review Procedure) and in the format of the Reference Maintenance Plan, a Planned Maintenance Programme for each New Facility by no later than three (3) Months prior to the Target Practical Completion Date for the relevant New Facility which shall set out the Planned Maintenance for each New Facility for the period up to the end of the Contract Year following the date of Practical Completion for each New Facility.

  • The Contractor will provide to the Authority no later than three (3) months following the Target Practical Completion Date, a more detailed breakdown of each of the elements in the Lifecycle Maintenance Programme for the Northern Resource Park.

  • The Contractor will provide to the Authority, no later than three (3) Months following the Target Practical Completion Date, a Lifecycle Maintenance Programme for the Southern Resource Park in the same format as that in Appendix 1 to this Schedule 23 (Asset Management Plan) together with a detailed breakdown of each of the elements in such Lifecycle Maintenance Programme.

  • If the Parties cannot agree the extent of the relief required, or the Authority disagrees that a Relief Event has occurred or that the Contractor is entitled to any extension of the Target Practical Completion Date, Target Service Availability Date and/or the Longstop Date and/or any relief under this clause the matter shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution Procedure.

Related to Target Practical Completion Date

  • Practical Completion means that stage in the execution of a Named Project when the Works have been completed in accordance with the terms of the relevant Building Contract and/or the terms of this Agreement such that the AHP Dwellings comprised within the Named Project are fit for beneficial occupation as a residential development in accordance with applicable NHBC or equivalent requirements current at the date of inspection subject only to the existence of minor defects and/or minor omissions at the time of inspection which are capable of being made good or carried out without materially interfering with the beneficial use and enjoyment of the Named Project and which would be reasonable to include in a snagging list, and Practically Complete shall be construed accordingly; Process has the meaning ascribed to it in the DPA; Procurement Law means (as the case may be):

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Substantial Completion means the stage in the progress of the work as determined and certified by the Contracting Officer in writing to the Contractor, on which the work (or a portion designated by the Government) is sufficiently complete and satisfactory. Substantial completion means that the property may be occupied or used for the purpose for which it is intended, and only minor items such as touch-up, adjustments, and minor replacements or installations remain to be completed or corrected which:

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Project Completion means the date, as determined by the Division after consultation with the Recipient, that operation of the Project is initiated or is capable of being initiated, whichever comes first.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Construction Commencement Date means the date set out in the Addendum, if applicable, by which you must commence construction of the Hotel. For the Hotel to be considered under construction, youmust have begun to pour concrete foundations for the Hotel or otherwise satisfied any site-specific criteria for “under construction” set out in the Addendum.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Completion Deadline means the date by which the Arrangement is to be completed, which date shall be April 30, 2014 or such later date as may be agreed to in writing by the Parties;
