Outside Completion Date definition

Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

More Definitions of Outside Completion Date

Outside Completion Date means the date of the LRW Estimate; provided, however, that the Outside Completion Date shall be automatically extended one day for each day by which Landlord is delayed in substantially completing Landlord’s Restoration Work by reason of Force Majeure Events (but in no event shall the Outside Completion Date be extended, in the aggregate, for more than sixty (60) days by Force Majeure Events). ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
