Outside Completion Date definition

Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

Outside Completion Date has the meaning given in the Schedule of Financing Terms set forth in Schedule II.

• Construction of the Project shall be completed on or prior to the Outside Completion Date as defined in the Schedule of Financing Terms attached as Schedule II.

• Each day of Tenant Delay shall be deemed conclusively to cause an equivalent day of delay by Landlord in substantially completing Landlord’s Work pursuant to Section 1.1 of this Work Agreement, and thereby automatically extend for each such equivalent day of delay the date of the Outside Completion Date.

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Contractor must complete the Project on or before the Outside Completion Date, unless the Authority, in its sole discretion, expressly extends the date in a written Contract Amendment.

• Environmental Appeal Board" means the Environmental Review Tribunal, as defined in The Environmental Review Tribunal Act, as amended from time to time.

• If the UG does not tender possession of the Grocery Store to Manager according to Paragraph 2 above on or before the Outside Completion Date (plus any period of delay caused by Manager's delays as described in Paragraph 12 below or due to Force Majeure), the UG will not be in default or liable in damages to Manager, nor will the obligations of Manager be affected.

More Definitions of Outside Completion Date

Outside Completion Date means the date of the LRW Estimate; provided, however, that the Outside Completion Date shall be automatically extended one day for each day by which Landlord is delayed in substantially completing Landlord’s Restoration Work by reason of Force Majeure Events (but in no event shall the Outside Completion Date be extended, in the aggregate, for more than sixty (60) days by Force Majeure Events). ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
