Virtual Completion definition

Virtual Completion means the premise is in the opinion of the Employer fit for occupation.
Virtual Completion means that the building is in the opinion of the Architect and Employer, sufficiently completed for occupation by the Employer, in relation to the scope of work of this contract.
Virtual Completion means that the works are in the opinion of the Architect/Consultant complete or fit for occupation.
