Supplier’s Team definition

Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and
Supplier’s Team means the Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods;
Supplier’s Team means Supplier and, where applicable, any Relevant Person, and all other employees, consultants, agents and sub-contractors and any other person, organisation, company, or other third-party representatives which the Supplier engages in any way in relation to the supply of the Services or the Goods; and

More Definitions of Supplier’s Team

Supplier’s Team means the Supplier’s Manager and all employees, consultants, agents and subcontractors engaged in relation to the Services and who are appointed under clause 3.3; and
Supplier’s Team the Supplier's Manager, the Key Personnel and all Personnel of the Supplier involved in providing the Services from time to time during the Term;
Supplier’s Team means any employees, sub-contractors or agents of the Supplier employed or appointed in connection with the Supplies under this Contract;

Related to Supplier’s Team

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Subcontractors means subcontractors or subconsultants at any tier that are under the direct or indirect control or responsibility of the Contractor, and includes all independent contractors, agents, employees, authorized resellers, or anyone else for whom the Contractor may be liable at any tier, including a person or entity that is, or will be, providing or performing an essential aspect of this Contract, including Contractor’s manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

  • Subcontractor means any supplier, distributor, vendor, or firm that furnishes supplies or services to or for a prime contractor or another subcontractor.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.
