SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. 18.1 The parties hereto and the employees of the City are governed by the provisions of applicable Federal Law, State Law, and the City Charter. When any provisions thereof are in conflict with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of said Federal Law, State Law, or City Charter are paramount and shall prevail.
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. It is mutually understood and agreed that this Agreement will be subordinate to the provisions of any existing or future agreement between Authority and the United States of America, its Boards, Agencies, Commissions, and others, relative to the operation or maintenance of Airport, the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition precedent to the expenditure of federal funds for the development of Airport, and this Agreement will be subordinate to the license or permit of entry that may be granted by the Secretary of Defense.
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. It is understood that the parties hereto and the employees of the Employer are governed by the provisions of applicable state and federal laws. When any provisions thereof are in conflict with or are different than the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of said state and federal laws are paramount and shall prevail.
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement and the restrictions hereunder are subordinate to the loans and loan documents, if any, on the Project except insofar as Section 42(h)(6)(E)(ii) of the Code requires otherwise (relating to the three-year period of eviction and rent restrictions in accordance with Section 42(h)(6)(E)(ii) of the Code and Section 6(d) hereof following the early termination of the Extended Use Period in accordance with Section 6(c) hereof).
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. This agreement shall be subordinate to the provisions of any existing or future agreement between the Lessor and the United States relative to the operation or maintenance of the Airport, the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition precedent to the expenditure of Federal funds for the development of the Airport.
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. The Parties each acknowledge that this Agreement is subject and subordinate to any Financing Documents governing the Project. To the extent this Agreement conflicts with any of the provisions or requirements set forth in any Financing Documents the Financing Documents shall control.
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. The parties hereto and the employees of the University are governed by the provisions of applicable State and Federal law. Whenever any provision of State law adopted after the execution of this Agreement is in conflict with or is different from the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this agreement shall remain unchanged and in effect during the terms of this Agreement. Where any provision of Federal law is adopted after the execution of this Agreement and is in conflict with any provision of this Agreement, that Federal law shall prevail and modify the Agreement to the extent necessary to comply with that Federal law.
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement and Tenants’ interests hereunder are and shall be subordinate, junior and inferior to any and all mortgages, liens or encumbrances now or hereafter placed on the Premises by Landlord, all advances made under any such mortgages, liens or encumbrances (including, but not limited to, future advances), the interest payable on such mortgages, liens or encumbrances and any and all renewals, extensions or modifications of such mortgages, liens or encumbrances.
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be subordinate to the provisions of any existing or future agreement between City and the United States of America, its boards, agencies or commissions, or between City and the State of California, relative to the operations or maintenance of Airport the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition precedent to the expenditure of federal or state funds for the development of said Airport.
SUBORDINATION OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall be subordinate to the provisions of any present or future agreement between Lessor and the United States or the State of Maryland relative to the development, maintenance, or operation of the Airport, the execution of which has been or may be required as a condition precedent to obtaining or continuing Federal or State funding. Lessee agrees to execute and deliver such other and additional documents, upon such terms and conditions, and in form satisfactory to Lessor, as Lessor may deem necessary or desirable from time to time. Lessee hereby acknowledges, represents, and warrants that this Lease Agreement does not now, and will not in the future, contravene the terms and conditions of any such agreement.
