Ratification of Agreement. As supplemented by this Supplement, the Agreement is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Agreement as so supplemented by this Supplement shall be read, taken and construed as one and the same instrument.
Ratification of Agreement. Except as expressly amended and provided herein, all of the terms, conditions and provisions of the Agreement are hereby ratified and confirmed to be of full force and effect, and shall continue in full force and effect.

As supplemented by this Supplement, the Indenture is in all respects ratified and confirmed and the Indenture, as so supplemented by this Supplement, shall be read, taken, and construed as one and the same instrument. This Supplement amends, modifies and supplemented the Indenture only in so far as it relates to the System Restoration Bonds.

This Amendment shall not constitute a novation of the Agreement, but shall constitute an amendment thereof. Each of the parties to the Agreement agrees to be bound by the terms of the obligations of the Agreement, as amended by this Amendment, as though the terms and obligations of the Agreement were set forth herein.
Ratification of Agreement. Except as specifically amended hereby, all of the provisions of the Agreement shall remain unamended and in full force and effect. Customer hereby, ratifies, confirms and agrees that the Agreement, as amended hereby, represents a valid and enforceable obligation of Customer, and is not subject to any claims, offsets or defenses.
