Sublease Supplement definition

Sublease Supplement means a supplement to this Sublease substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, subjecting the Aircraft or other property to this Sublease.

Sublease Supplement means the Sublease Supplement No. 1, substantially in the form of Appendix E, which, as of the Delivery Date, will be executed by Sublessor and Sublessee and, together with this Agreement, filed with the FAA for recordation (assuming that the Aircraft is registered in the United States) with the economic terms in Appendix B deleted in the document filed for such purposes to the extent not prohibited by Law.

Sublease Supplement means a Sublease Supplement executed by the Lessee and a Significant Sublessee in substantially the form attached as Exhibit A to the Subsidiary Sublease.

• This Sublease Supplement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by the parties hereto on separate counterparts.

More Definitions of Sublease Supplement

Sublease Supplement means a supplement to this Sublease in substantially the form of Exhibit B – Form of Sublease Supplement.

Sublease Supplement means the Sublease Supplement dated as of even date herewith, in form and substance satisfactory to Sublessor.
