Landlord Access Agreement definition

Landlord Access Agreement means a Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G, or such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Administrative Agent.

Landlord Access Agreement means (x) with respect to a Real Property located in the United States, a U.S. Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-1 and (y) with respect to a Real Property located in Canada, a Canadian Landlord Access Agreement, substantially in the form of Exhibit G-2, or, in either case, a landlord access agreement in such other form as may reasonably be acceptable to the Collateral Agent.

Landlord Access Agreement shall be an agreement in form substantially similar to Exhibit 9 hereto or such other form reasonably acceptable to the Collateral Agent.
