Lease Supplement definition

Lease Supplement means a Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Schedule 2 hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee on the Delivery Date for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and any subsequent Lease Supplement entered into in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Lease Supplement means each Lease Supplement substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Lease, together with all attachments and schedules thereto.

Lease Supplement means a supplement to the Lease, in the form of Exhibit A to the Lease.

Examples of Lease Supplement in a sentence

• To the extent that this Lease Supplement constitutes chattel paper, as such term is defined in the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction, no security interest in this Lease Supplement may be created through the transfer or possession of any counterpart other than the Original Executed Counterpart.

• This Lease Supplement may be executed in any number of counterparts and by each of the parties hereto in separate counterparts, all such counterparts together constituting but one and the same instrument.

• The single executed original of this Lease Supplement marked "THIS COUNTERPART IS THE ORIGINAL EXECUTED COUNTERPART" on the signature page thereof and containing the receipt of the Agent therefor on or following the signature page thereof shall be the original executed counterpart of this Lease Supplement (the "Original Executed Counterpart").

• AND, FURTHER, the Owner Trustee hereby acknowledges that the Aircraft referred to in this Trust Indenture Supplement and the aforesaid Lease Supplement has been delivered to the Owner Trustee and is included in the property of the Owner Trustee covered by all the terms and conditions of the Trust Agreement, subject to the pledge and mortgage thereof under the Trust Indenture.

• Lessor and Lessee have each caused this Lease Supplement to be duly executed as of the day and year first above written.

More Definitions of Lease Supplement

Lease Supplement means each Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Exhibit "A" hereto, to be entered into between Lessor and Lessee for the purpose of leasing an Item of Equipment under and pursuant to the terms of this Lease Agreement.

Lease Supplement means any Lease Supplement, substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Lease, entered into between the Lessor and the Lessee for the purpose of leasing the Aircraft under and pursuant to the terms of the Lease, including any amendment thereto entered into subsequent to the Delivery Date.

Lease Supplement means a supplement to this Lease, in the case of the initial such supplement substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A hereto, subjecting the Aircraft or other property to this Lease.

Lease Supplement is defined in Section 2.1 of the Lease.

Lease Supplement means each Lease Supplement substantially in the form of Exhibit A to the Master Lease, executed by the Lessee and the Lessor Trust, dated as of an Acquisition Date and covering the Land identified on Schedule I thereto and Improvements thereon, if any, as the same may be amended, supplemented, amended and restated or otherwise modified from time to time.

Lease Supplement means, in respect of an Aircraft, the lease supplement relating to such Aircraft to be entered into between Owner and Lessee under the Lease dated the Drawdown Date for such Aircraft, substantially in the form of Exhibit I to the Lease

Lease Supplement means Lease Supplement No. 1, Lease Supplement No. 2, Lease Supplement No. 3 and each subsequent Lease Supplement entered into hereunder.
