Lease Assignment definition

Lease Assignment has the meaning set forth in Section 3.5(d).
Lease Assignment shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1.12.
Lease Assignment or “Assignment” means the assignment of leases and rents included in the Mortgage.

  • If ownership of the Property or any portion thereof becomes vested in a person other than Borrower, Lender may, without notice to Borrower, whether or not Lender has given written consent to such change in ownership, deal with such successor or successors in interest with reference to this Lease Assignment in the same manner as with Borrower, without in any way vitiating or discharging Lender’s remedies under or Borrower’s liability under this Lease Assignment.

  • The appointment of such receiver, trustee or other appointee by virtue of any court order or Laws shall not impair or in any manner prejudice the rights of Lender to receive payment of the rents and income pursuant to the Lease Assignment.

  • The terms, provisions, covenants and conditions of this Lease Assignment shall be binding upon Borrower, and any permitted successors and assigns of Borrower, and shall inure to the benefit of Lender and its successors, substitutes and assigns and shall constitute covenants running with the Land.

  • To the extent the terms of this Lease Assignment and the other Loan Documents are inconsistent or conflict, the terms of this Lease Assignment shall control and such documents shall be read together in order to provide Lender the broadest range of remedies available to it.

  • Lender may take or release other security for payment of the Secured Debt and may release any party primarily or secondarily liable therefor and may apply any other security held by it to the satisfaction of the Secured Debt without prejudice to any of its rights under this Lease Assignment.


More Definitions of Lease Assignment

Lease Assignment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(b) hereof.
Lease Assignment means each assignment agreement with respect to a Lease in substantially the form set forth as Exhibit C.
Lease Assignment means that certain Assignment of Rents and Leases, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit D, to be dated on or about the date hereof executed by Lessee to Lessor, pursuant to the terms of which Lessee assigns to Lessor each of the Tenant Leases and Credit Enhancements, if any, as security for the obligations of Lessee under this Lease, and any other obligations of Lessee, or any Affiliate of Lessee to Lessor.
Lease Assignment. That certain Assignment of Rents and Leases dated on or about the Commencement Date executed by Lessee to Lessor, pursuant to the terms of which Lessee has assigned to Lessor each of the Tenant Leases and Credit Enhancements, if any, as security for the obligations of Lessee under this Lease, the obligations of Guarantors under the Guaranty, and any other obligations of Lessee to Lessor, any Guarantor or any Affiliate of Lessee or any Guarantor to Lessor.
Lease Assignment means a direct or indirect Transfer of Lessee’s interest under this Lease or its interest in the Leased Property hereunder. For the avoidance of doubt, any change in Control of the Lessee shall constitute a Lease Assignment.
Lease Assignment as such term is defined in Section 8(b) hereof.
Lease Assignment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.4(d)(iii).
