Permitted Sublessee definition

Permitted Sublessee means the sublessee under a Permitted Sublease.
Permitted Sublessee means any entity domiciled in a country listed in Exhibit F hereto.
Permitted Sublessee means (a) any Permitted Air Carrier, (b) any airframe ------------------- or engine manufacturer, or Affiliate of such a manufacturer, who is domiciled in the United States of America or a country listed on Exhibit E to the Lease or (c) the United States of America or any instrumentality or agency thereof.

  • Install or permit any Permitted Sublessee to install an Engine on an airframe owned by Lessee or such Permitted Sublessee, as the case may be, free and clear of all Liens, except (a) Permitted Liens and those that do not apply to the Engines and (b) the rights of third parties under normal interchange or pooling agreements and arrangements of the type that would be permitted under Section 7.2.1.

  • Nothing in this Indenture, whether express or implied, shall be construed to give to any Person other than the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee, the Owner Participant, the Note Holders, the Lessee and, with respect to any provisions hereof requiring payment to any Permitted Sublessee, such Permitted Sublessee, any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect of this Indenture.

  • Any payment or performance of an obligation of Lessee under this Lease by a Permitted Sublessee shall constitute payment or performance of such obligation by Lessee.


More Definitions of Permitted Sublessee

Permitted Sublessee means a Certificated Air Carrier or, after the Restricted Use Period, (a) any Foreign Air Carrier, (b) the United States Government or an agency or instrumentality thereof which bears the full faith and credit of the United States of America or (c) any other Person approved in writing by the Owner Participant and the Indenture Trustee.
Permitted Sublessee means any air operator listed on Schedule 10 hereto, provided that at the time of commencement of any such subleasing, the relevant permitted sublessee (i) has not experienced a material adverse change in its financial condition as compared to its condition on the date hereof and (ii) is not subject to any bankruptcy, reorganization, insolvency, concurso mercantil or similar proceedings in any jurisdictions.
Permitted Sublessee means a Person:
Permitted Sublessee means (i) any United States air carrier as to which there is in force at the time of entering into such sublease or other transfer a certificate issued pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 44705 or any successor provisions that give like authority and that is not subject to bankruptcy proceedings; or (ii) any manufacturer of airframes or engines or any air carrier that is listed in Schedule 1 to the Lease; provided that for any entity described in clause (ii), (x) such entity is based in a country with which the United States maintains normal diplomatic relations, (y) such entity is not subject to bankruptcy proceedings and (z) such transfer of possession shall not deprive the Finance Parties of their perfected and enforceable security interest.
Permitted Sublessee means any of the following:
