Other Lease definition

Other Lease means any synthetic lease, tax retention operating lease, financing lease or any other lease having substantially the same economic effect as a conditional sale, title retention agreement or similar arrangement.

Other Lease means each of (i) the head lease in relation to the floating production storage and offloading facility "Uisge Gorm" dated 14 December 1994 and made between the Lessor and Xxxxxxx B.V., as the same has been amended and/or restated from time to time, (ii) the head lease in relation to the floating production storage and offloading facility "Bleo Xxxx" dated 29 January 1999 and made between the Lessor, Bluewater Malta Limited and Bluewater Energy, as the same has been amended and/or restated from time to time, and, (iii) the lease in relation to the topsides processing plant for the floating production storage and offloading facility "Haewene Brim" dated 8 April 2003 and made between the Lessor, Xxxxxx Production Company Limited and Bluewater Energy N.V, as the same has been amended and/or restated from time to time, and "Other Leases" means collectively (i), (ii) and (iii) above. all references in the First Deposit Deed to the "Other Lease" shall, with effect from the date of this Deed, be deemed to be references to the "Other Lease" defined above. •

Other Lease means the Glas Dowr Head Lease, the Glas Dowr Head Lease and the Haewene Brim Lease; all references in the Uisge Gorm Topsides Head Lease to the "Other Lease" shall, with effect from the date of this Deed, be deemed to be references to "Other Lease" as defined above;

Examples of Other Lease in a sentence

• Tenant shall furnish to Landlord, for informational purposes only, a copy of the annual capital budget for the Facility for each Fiscal Year, in each case (x) contemporaneously with Other Tenant’s delivery to the applicable landlord of the applicable annual capital budget for such Fiscal Year pursuant to the Other Lease, and (y) not later than fifty-five (55) days following the commencement of the Fiscal Year to which such annual capital budget relates.

• Each Lease and Other Lease is legal, valid, binding, enforceable, and in full force and effect, except as may be limited by bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization and similar Applicable Laws affecting creditors generally and by the availability of equitable remedies.

More Definitions of Other Lease

Other Lease means any lease determined in accordance with Applicable Accounting Principles other than (i) a Financial Lease and (ii) a lease that in accordance with Applicable Accounting Principles is an exempt or excluded lease.

Other Lease means the Master Lease Agreement, dated __________, 2001, by and among certain Affiliated Persons of Senior Housing Properties Trust, as landlord, and certain Affiliated Persons of Five Star, as tenant, together with all modifications, amendments and supplements thereto.
