Acceptance Date definition

Acceptance Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(a)(v)(D)(2).

• Such new Note or Notes shall re-evidence the indebtedness outstanding under the surrendered Note or Notes, shall be in an aggregate principal amount equal to the aggregate principal amount of such surrendered Note or Notes and shall be dated as of the Acceptance Date.
