Company will furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision for the performance of Grease Drainage System Preventative Maintenance, detailed in this Scope of Work, Section B, Services. All Services are to be fully completed to the satisfaction of and acceptance by Authority. All Services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein and in compliance with Exhibit D, City of Tampa Grease Ordinance Number 2006-288. The Grease Drainage System incorporates any and all Grease Traps, drainage lines and Grease Interceptors. Company and Authority will develop a service schedule to provide Services without interference of the operation of the Airport. Prior to the commencement of Services, all scheduled Services must be approved by Contract Manager or designee. Any changes to the schedule or anticipation of disruption to the daily operation of the Airport must receive prior approval of the Contract Manager or designee.
