the Lease means any lease or underlease of the railways granted by the Nottingham Company to the 1976 Company pursuant to article 9 of this Order, any extension of the same or any new lease granted under any statutory powers or provisions;
The Authority shall enforce or cause to be enforced the provisions of the Agreement and the Lease and duly perform its covenants and agreements under the Agreement.
Continue the Lease and Lessee’s right to possession and recover the Rent as it becomes due, in which event Lessee may sublet or assign, subject only to reasonable limitations.
