the Lease definition

the Lease means the lease of the said land to be granted by the Lessor to the Lessee pursuant to clause 2.1;
the Lease means the leasehold agreement between the Company and any third party in respect of the site upon which the Academy is situated;
the Lease means the relevant portions of the Lease to which this Tenant Work Letter is attached as Exhibit D.

Examples of the Lease in a sentence

  • Failure of the Landlord to deliver possession of the Premises at the start of the Lease Term to the Tenant shall terminate this Agreement at the option of the Tenant.
