State Contracting Agency definition

State Contracting Agency means the department for which this contract is to be performed and for which the Commissioner or Authorized Designee acted in signing this contract.

For the purposes of section 4e-19, "state contracting agency" includes the State Education Resource Center, established under section 10-4q;

State Contracting Agency means any state agency disclosing confidential information to a contractor pursuant to a written agreement with such contractor for the provision of goods or services for the state.
