Executive Department definition

Executive Department means those Departments contained within the Executive Branch and include, pursuant to the requirements of the Constitution, the Departments of Treasury, Business, Justice, Personnel, Administration, Health, Social Services, Education, Labor, and Housing.
Executive Department means the executive branch of the Chickasaw Nation government as headed by the Governor and defined in the Chickasaw Nation Constitution, as amended.
Executive Department means, subject to ORS 174.108, all statewide elected officers other than judges, and all boards, commissions, departments, divisions and other entities, without regard to the designation given to those entities, that are within the executive department of government as described in Section 1, Article III of the Oregon Constitution, and that are not in the judicial department or legislative department, not local governments and not special government bodies.
