Examples of the Agency in a sentence
Such exchange shall be effected in accordance with the provisions of the Agency Agreement and the regulations concerning the transfer and registration of Notes scheduled thereto and, in particular, shall be effected without charge to any Holder, but against such indemnity as the Registrar may require in respect of any tax or other duty of whatsoever nature which may be levied or imposed in connection with such exchange.
The Contractor and the Agency shall work cooperatively to determine the number and types of positions to which this Section shall apply.
After notice to the Contractor and an opportunity for a meeting with an Agency representative, the Agency reserves the right to withhold payments for services performed under this Contract if the Agency has not received acceptable progress reports, expenditure reports, refunds, and/or audits as required by this Contract or previous contracts for similar or equivalent services the Contractor has entered into with the Agency.
The Contractor and Contractor Parties shall act in an independent capacity and not as officers or employees of the state of Connecticut or of the Agency.
In the case of a Contractor Breach, the Agency may modify the ten (10) day cure period in the notice of Breach.
