Maintenance Agency definition

Maintenance Agency means the Builder or any association, society, company, body or committee formed/appointed by the Builder for the Common Purposes.

Maintenance Agency means initially the Promoter or any entity/agency appointed by the Promoter for the maintenance and shall ultimately mean the Association formed in terms of this Deed;

Maintenance Agency means NBCC or association of dwelling unit allottees or such other agency/ body/ company to whom NBCC may handover the maintenance and who shall be responsible for carrying out the maintenance of the said complex/ said building.
