Legislative Branch definition

Legislative Branch means members and employees of the Legislative Assembly, the parliamentary offices, Legislative Administration, the Legislative Counsel Office, the Legislative Fiscal Office, the Legislative Revenue Office and the Legislative Commission on Indian Services.
Legislative Branch means the County Legislature and all units of government within its jurisdiction;
Legislative Branch means the legislative branch as defined in the county charter and as provided by ordinance, including, but not limited to, the county council and the offices of the county auditor, citizen complaints, the hearing examiner and law enforcement oversight.
