Comparable Supply definition

Comparable Supply means the supply of Services to another customer of the Supplier that are the same or similar to the Services;
Comparable Supply means the supply of Goods and/or Services to another customer of the Supplier that are the same or similar to the Goods and/or Services "Comparable Goods and/or Services" means Goods and/or Services that are identical or materially similar to the Benchmarked Goods and/or Services (including in terms of scope, specification, volume and quality of performance) provided that if no identical or materially similar Goods and/or Services exist in the market, the Supplier shall propose an approach for developing a comparable Goods and/or Services benchmark

Comparable Supply means the supply of goods to another customer of the Supplier that are the same or similar to any of the Goods.
