Transparency Information means the Transparency Reports and the content of this Contract.

Transparency Information. In relation to Contracts with a value above the relevant threshold set out in Part 2 of the Regulations only, the content of the Contract, including any changes to this Contract agreed from time to time, as well as any information relating to the Deliverables and performance pursuant to the Contract required to be published by the Buyer to comply with its transparency obligations, including those set out in Public Procurement Policy Note 09/21 (update to legal and policy requirements to publish procurement information on Contracts Finder) (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/government/publications/ppn-0921-requirements-to-publish- on-contracts-finder) as updated from time to time and Public Procurement Policy Note 01/17 (update to transparency principles) where applicable (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇/government/publications/procurement-policy-note-0117- update-to-transparency-principles) as updated from time to time except for: (a) any information which is exempt from disclosure in accordance with the provisions of the FOIA, which shall be determined by the Buyer; and (b) Confidential Information;
