SUPPLY OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES. 2.1 The Supplier shall provide the Goods and/or Services on the terms and conditions set out in the Contract. Subject to the Supplier fulfilling its obligations under the Contract the Council shall pay the Supplier in accordance with the terms of the Contract.

Buyer may purchase Goods and/or Services for the benefit of, and use by, one or more members of the Buyer Group. Time is of the essence in the performance of the Supplier’s obligations under this PO.
SUPPLY OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES. 3.1 In consideration of payment of the Price by LiftRite, the Supplier must supply the Goods and/or perform the Services in strict accordance with the Purchase Order issued by LiftRite and these Terms.
