Licensed Information definition

Licensed Information means any information concerning the Licensed Program, which is owned by the Licensor and is licensed to the Licensee together with the Licensed Program. Licensed Information includes such information as input form, user manual, interface format and input/output format and is delivered to and used by the Licensee as confidential information or proprietary property of the Licensor.
Licensed Information means other Deliverables provided to Client by ImageTrend relating to the operation or design of the Software, or other Deliverables provided to Client by ImageTrend which are common to ImageTrend (e.g. such Deliverables are not unique to Client). A copy of the software specification Licensed Information is available within the Software labeled as “ImageTrend University.”
Licensed Information means technical and clinical information and data, including human trial results, associated with a Licensed Patent as set forth in Appendix E. Licensed Information does not include any information or data [*].

Examples of Licensed Information in a sentence

  • Xxxxxxxxx and other researchers of HMO shall have the right to publish the Licensed Information in any scientific journals, manuscripts, book chapters or at any scientific conferences or meetings or to give oral presentations (including lectures or seminars) to third parties relating to the Licensed Information.

  • For the removal of doubt, nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent Hadasit and/or HMO from obtaining further finance for the Research from other entities, provided that such other entities are not granted any rights in respect of the Research and/or the Licensed Information which prejudice any rights granted to the Company under the Licence.

  • Should Hadasit notify the Company in writing within 60 (sixty) days from the receipt of the said draft publication or disclosure that it opposes the making of such publication or disclosure because it includes any Licensed Information which should be held confidential pursuant to the provisions of clause 13.1 above, the relevant material (the disclosure of which has been objected to as aforesaid) shall be deleted from such publication or disclosure.

  • Following expiry of the relevant Royalty Period by the passage of time, the relevant Licence and the Company’s right to use the HMO Cells and the Licensed Information thereunder shall remain in full force and effect.

  • For the removal of doubt, nothing contained in this Agreement shall prevent Hadasit and/or HMO from obtaining further finance for the Additional Research from other entities, provided that such other entities are not granted any rights in respect of the Additional Research and/or the Licensed Information which prejudice any rights granted to the Company under the Licence.


More Definitions of Licensed Information

Licensed Information means all and any inventions, products, materials, compounds, compositions, substances, methods, processes, techniques, know-how, data, information, discoveries and other results of whatsoever nature discovered or occurring in the course of, or arising from, the performance of the Research;
Licensed Information means: (i) the Invention; and (ii) the Know How;
Licensed Information means all inventions, concepts, processes, information, data, confidential and trade secret information, know-how and the like that are known by MOFFITT during the TERM of this Agreement and as to which MOFFITT has the right to disclose to LICENSEE, not claimed in a patent or patent application, and necessary for the use, manufacture or sale of LICENSED TECHNOLOGY.
Licensed Information means all inventions, materials, concepts, processes, information, data, know-how, and the like discovered by the laboratory of Dr. Craig Crews and in the FIELD, and useful for the discovery, development, manufacture, delivery, use or sale of LICENSED PRODUCTS, or for practice of the LICENSED METHODS, whether or not claimed in a patent or patent application, and that is listed in Appendix C.
Licensed Information means all biological materials and other tangible materials, information, data, inventions, practices, methods, protocols, formulas, formulations, knowledge, know-how, trade secrets, processes, assays, skills, experience, techniques and results of experimentation and testing, including without limitation pharmacological, toxicological and preclinical and clinical test data and analytical and quality control data, patentable or otherwise, which relates to the identification, characterization, optimization, construction, expression, formulation, use or production of RNAi Products or xxXXX Products and Formulations thereof and which are reasonably useful or necessary to Research, Develop, or Commercialize such RNAi Products or xxXXX Products in the Territory in the ALNYLAM Field and are controlled by PROTIVA; provided, however, that in no event shall Licensed Information include Confidential Information of PROTIVA with respect to, or methods for the development of, the chemistry, formulation or manufacture of RNAi Products or xxXXX Products beyond the scope of the information, materials and data described in Appendix II.
