Seller Proprietary Software definition

Seller Proprietary Software means all Software owned by the Seller.
Seller Proprietary Software means software owned by either Seller that is licensed to the Purchaser pursuant to the Seller Proprietary Software License Agreement.
Seller Proprietary Software means software owned by any of the Sellers that is not primarily related to the Business and is licensed to the Purchaser pursuant to either Cross License Agreement.

More Definitions of Seller Proprietary Software

Seller Proprietary Software means Software (other than Open Source Software) owned or Purported to be Owned by Seller or any of its Subsidiaries that is incorporated in the Business Products.
Seller Proprietary Software means Software owned or purported to be owned (whether exclusively, jointly or otherwise) by Seller or any of its Affiliates that is primarily or exclusively incorporated in the Products or that is otherwise exclusively used by Seller or its Affiliates in the design, development, manufacturing, commercialization, distribution and support of the Products.

Seller Proprietary Software means the “River”, “Connex”, “Self-serve Portal” and data warehouse applications that are being licensed to the Purchaser pursuant to the IP Licence;
