IP Licence definition

IP Licence means the intellectual property licence agreement between Imperial College Innovations Limited and the Company dated on or shortly before the date of this Agreement;
IP Licence means the licence or agreement pursuant to or under which any Intellectual Property is held, used or exploited by any Group member.
IP Licence in relation to the Company means any license agreement pursuant to which the Company is granted a right to use Intellectual Property or the Company grants a right to use Intellectual Property.

IP Licence means the licence to Garden Care Bidco Limited of certain Retained Intellectual Property (other than the Retained Trade Marks) in the agreed terms;
