If the grievance is not resolved through mediation, the Division Head shall thereafter convene a meeting within ten (10) business days between the Union representative and aggrieved employee, together with the designated Supervisor, the Section Manager, the Department Labor Relations Officer and any other members of management whose presence is deemed necessary by the City to a fair consideration of the alleged contract grievance.
